William Reid Clark was a Canadian Anglican bishop in the first decades of the 20th century.〔(Diocese of Niagara )〕
He was educated at Trinity College, Toronto“Who was Who” 1897-2007 London, A & C Black, 2007 ISBN 978-0-19-954087-7〕 and ordained in 1876. He was curate of St Luke's Burlington and then held incumbencies in Barton Township, Ontario and Ancaster, Ontario〔"The Clergy List, Clerical Guide and Ecclesiastical Directory" London, John Phillips, 1900〕 before becoming the Archdeacon of Niagara in 1902 and its fourth diocesan bishop in 1911.〔(Justus )〕 He died in post in April 1925.〔Who was Who (ibid)〕
